So mais uma pra terminar o ano:

Ja tinha escutado essa musica mil vezes antes, mas nao foi ate um dia no meio do ano, ao exercitar correndo pelo parque aqui perto de casa e a escutando no meu ipod, que ela realmente me 'agarrou'.

Quando tocou e eu realmente comecei a prestar atencao na letra, me deu um arrepio tao grande e um sentimento de motivacao (alias, foi mais um sentimento de empurrao) que nem sei explicar.

E adotei essa musica como meu hino. Me identifiquei nao so com a letra, mas com o ritmo tb, pois tem ritmo de samba e eu nao consigo escutar um batuque de tambor que ja comeco a sambar - ta no sangue de carioca, ne?

Mas voltando ao assunto: Vou deixar esse video aqui pra todos voces se motivarem tb nesse ano novo. O "Cup of Life" (ou Copa da Vida) pra mim eh tudo que quero conquistar e parece que essa musica foi feita pra mim!

Quando a preguica e a vontade grande de procrastinar me atacam (eu tenho um problema enorme com isso), vou eu correndo colocar essa musica e ela me ajuda a sair desse estado. Parece bobeira, mas funciona bem comigo, faz o meu foco voltar, sabe?
